Most QR analytics products treat every scan the same. A QR code on a cereal box gets the same dashboard as one on a for-sale sign. That is not useful for real estate.

Realtors need to know which listings generate drive-by interest, whether the person who scanned the sign also scanned the open-house QR, and which neighborhoods are hot before the MLS says so. Generic tools cannot answer those questions.
