Acceptable use

QR codes generated through RealtQR must not redirect to content that is illegal, malicious, deceptive, or prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend any QR code or account found in violation.

Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 30-day free period. Cancellation before day 30 incurs no charge. After day 30, the full annual amount is charged to the card on file. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the QR codes and scan data associated with your account. Enterprise account data belongs to the organization, not to individual member accounts.

Limitation of liability

RealtQR LLC provides the service "as is." We make no guarantee of uptime outside of SLA-covered Enterprise agreements.
